Mirrorlink

Hi,

According to the device connectivity menu, the Z5 Compact should support MirrorLink.

Does anyone know what MirrorLink version is implemented in this? My Z1C had 1.0, which was somewhat crude and behaved weird on ML 1.1

My Z5C won't connect though. It gets stuk at the 'connecting to head unit' stage.

So I'm wondering what version is in the Z5, but I cannot find any info on it. The MirrorLink certification list doesn't go beyond the Z1 devices. (cert.mirrorlink.com)

As far as I know Xperia Z5 Compact uses MirrorLink 1.1.
Who is the manufacturer of the device you're trying to connect your Z5 Compact to?

I'm trying to use the phone with a Pioneer unit (AVH-X8700BT) which, according to the list on cert.mirrorlink.com, is a certified ML 1.0 device.

Hmm... no downwards compatibility?
