Miro Touch sound

My Miro's touch sound goes off everytime i put the phone on silent mode or reduce the media ringtone volume.

Touch sound restored after personnel reset is done.

Please help.

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

And check if the same problem remains.
