Miro RAM dumping to SD card

Hi there,

I bought a Miro a couple of months ago, but over the last week it has been flashing up with a black screen with orange writing saying the RAM is dumping to SD and it wont turn on for a good 5 mins.

It's doing it more often and after reading all the suggestions I can't fix it!!

My pc companion has updated and it doesn't seem to off a repair option on the support bit.

Please help, it's a new phone and I'm desperate to fix this asap! It's stopping me from doing anything with it!

But after reading everyone else's replies, I'm not keen on updating as they said it didn't fix the problem and it made the phone really laggy, and mine already is
