Microsoft ActiveSync will unfortunately not work as Xperia SP uses Android.
If your meetings are advanced by one hour you probably don't have the same timezone set in your computer, Google calendar and phone.
Check the timezone in the phone under Settings -> Date & time, the time zone on www.google.com/calendar -> Settings and in your computer (dubbleclick the clock) and see if that helps.
