I can hear other party's voice very clear. but the other party can not hear my voice clearly. I have to speak louder still the other party complaints about not haering my voice clearly and smoothly.

try changing the setting in call settings..

turn on  speaker voice enhancement, mic noise suppression and try bright for the equalizer..

also did you use screen protector?

maybe the hole at the bottom which it mic hole got covered with something..try check it first..
