Microphone stopped working

 i bought sony m5 and it was great but in a flash the mic is stop working 

i go to sony and give them to check it out

one thing i want to know

my phone is have 14w44 writtin on the sd slot 

does this mean its 1st or 2nd batch

I'm sorry to hear that your microphone is not working 

14w44 means that the phone was manufactured in week 44 2014. To the best of my knowledge, there's no code on the label that would show batch so you will not be able to see that.
