Microphone not working

My microphone is working only when on loudspeaker! When on regular other side can't hear me! What should I do?

Phone is only 3 months "old" ... didn't have any problems till this one

I have the same problem with my Sony Xperia M4, I've reset my factory settings twice, with saving settings, and without saving setting. What else did you do to fix y ur sepaker phone to work on calls ?
