Microphone not functioning

Hello everybody, i am new to this community i work as an technician in germany.

My problem is the Mobile from my son his x10 mini felt in to water, i dissasembled it, cleaned everything with pure alcohol, even under the metall shields of the mainboard, an it functioned after reassembled, except the microphone. I bought a new microphone and now we come to my question, how can i change the microphone? I can´t see how it is fixed and how to change to the new one.

Other question by the way but not urgent, can i put a newer Android on the Phone.
