My new microSD is not working on my Xperia L.
It is a SDHC Class 10 Samsung microSD card that works on both a computer and a nokia smartphone.
The phone says "no SD card detected".
Tried reformatting to FAT32 but no luck. A 6 year old 2Gb microSD card works fine but this new card wont work.
The microSD card is Samsung Plus SDHC Class10 16Gb.
Very disappointing.
Sorry to hear about this problem.
I see there's an older thread about this problem as well, let's continue the discussion there: http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/130908
I have the same problem, but it happened in the following way: First I bought a micro SD 8 GB Class 4, and did not recognize that I had no other put it on my tablet and it works perfect, then bought a 16GB Kingston class 10, at first it worked great, download songs files, I downloaded the data to the micro SD from the phone no problem, after a few hours I saw a message saying that the memory had been extracted unexpectedly; checked, rebooted, but nothing since not recognized more and I'm sure you have not made any mishandling.
It is really frustrating, is some Sony representative will manifest?
