First, try to format sd card, second it might be the windows issue that is showing it is alreadybcopied while in fact not all files was copied yet (wait longer even it says it is done). Third opition repair your phone software, fourth go to sony center with these sd cards to investigate. It may be also sd card damaged.

Which windows do you use?

I format them many times, even one card (scandisk), does not allow format anymore, and there is some files, that I can't delete, the app that let us z2 users to dowload free movies gave me this files, I think is a virus or maleware, I will test as you say, wait longer, the third option that you propose, how can you do that?

thanks for answer me

Were you moving the files using a 3rd party file application?
