Hello when I purchase this phone they say the mj album is available to dl for free from the phone...in the xperia lounge. However it is saved into the downloads icon app and when I clear the dls the songs are gone! And I tried to dl it again, it always have a error

If it has been attached to your Sony Entertainment account it may be worth speaking to your local SEN team regarding this to see if they will allow it to downloaded again as it is the same device:

Im logged on to Xperia lounge, just like this forum, but still after clicking download there is the window of SEN to accept, I do it, but nothing happens, where is the option to log to SEN, should I download some additional soft from Play other than "Sony PASS" ?

Well ... I bought my Z2 Tablet inside the last week, and neither the Lounge nor the What's New app give me the opportunity to download it for the first time.

I can log in to the Lounge with my sony smartphone login but not my SEN account.  It just loops on the login stage.

Any advice?
