Mic problem

If I called to someone that person can hear me very well. While I am in the call and connect my headset to the phone that person can hear me. But when I disconnect the headphone while I am in a call other person can't hear me from my phone mic. If I click loud speaker button on and off then other person can hear me normal. Why that kind of bug is coming? How to fix this bug?

How to boot on safe mode on Lollipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Finally I found it. Its happening because Google now any screen is on. So there is a small bug. If I unplug the headset during the call time other person can't hear me from normal phone mic. I have to click the loud speaker on and off. If I not do that evem if I disconnect the call and try to call again other person can't hear my voice from the normal mic. Please fix this bug Sony.

I checked from safe mode its happen. I reformat the phone 3 times pcc for my battery problem. But this system is new. But don't know why it's happening. Please Sony respond for this
