Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..
Before repairing your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?
If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
they say : the system modified !!!!
error (2003)
In this case it sounds like you have unlocked the bootloader, not just gained root access, please confirm.

yes.of course
i have to unlock the bootloader if i want to root my phone
??????????????????????????
Sorry for the late reply, if you have unlocked the bootloader and I assume loaded a custom ROM on your handset then there is little I can do to assist as our authorised tools will not work with this handset due to the modification. You would be best to raise concerns with the source of the ROM you have loaded.

so there's no Solution!!!!
Unfortunately these are the risks with making this kind of modification and why we do outline the potential hard to the device : of possibilities, however if any force was applied to the headset whilst it was connected to the phone this could lead to damaging the headphone jack.

Certain functions and offerings in your device might cease to work, and performance might not be ideal. You might also damage your device permanently. In the worst case, unlocking the boot loader will cause physical injuries or material damage, for example, due to the device overheating."
