Mic not working in calls/download media from whatsappp even disabled

Hi, I having the same trouble about the microphone in calls (unless using speaker mode)...  Also I was disabled the option to download media from whatsapp, whenever I'm connected in roaming, wifi ou data... But ALL media is still download automatically...
This device is a really bad....

does your mic work when you are in safe mode?

try to clear data of the apps that the mic is not working, settings>app> (app)>clear data
or better to re install them

if all else fails. try to repair your phone with PCC
