Argos - So you are in the UK like me - therefor it's not Sony who you should be dealing with but Argos as your contract of sale is with Argos and if they fob you off then they are been naughty and are breaking the UK consumer laws - If you bought it direct from Sony then that's a different story however in this case it's Argos who you deal with ands then intern deal with Sony and if Argos don't like it then that's their problem and not yours
So where did you buy your Z2 from?
As for your Tablet if you want to take it back then that's your choice
