Mic gets stop working.......

Hi,

I do have a X10mini, and since today I am facing problem with it's mic. The person on other hands is not been able to hear me. I had to use Bluetooth handset to answer calls. But, it did worked on few calls...........Really don't know what to do. Service center guy iis of no help. Should I get software re-installed to get it sorted out.

Please help on the issue.

You could try re-installing or repairing the software and/or resetting the phone, to rule out a software issue that may be causing this problem.
