hello i have a important question
i need to information because i want to connect my phone to any Full HD screen. you know xperia z has 1920 x 1080 screen resolution. my question is
This phone does support transfer screen 1920 x 1080 resolution to have 1920 x 1080 resolution supported any device with MHL to HDMI adapter? i try but it gives me 1280 x 720 resolution
Give the setting on the Diplay a tinker, it may be lurking in the menu on that end?
My ZL accepted the pass to TV at 1920x1080. I had to select through TV menu what HDMI input on that port outputs to the screen. Also had to adjust aspect ratio to attain best on-screen view. But that's all TV/Monitor side.
I'm experiencing the same problem with a LED Display. 1280x720 on the display which supports 1920x1080. There are no adjustable settings on the display. Any advice?
If I connect to my TV it comes up as 1920x1080p/24. Check that your display can support this.
If I connect to my monitor I only get 1280x720, because my monitor supports 1920x1080p/50 or 1920x1080p/60 but not 1920x1080/24
This is correct. Thanks!
Actually I have an MHL problem as well.
When I turn on the phone, it is fine, 1920*1080/24p. However, when I start a video in the Youtube application, or any other video player with hardware decoding (e.g.: In MX Player: Hardware decoding; Hardware+ decoding is OK), it switches to 1280*720/60p, and I can't switch back to FullHD only with restarting.
Is there any solution for this?
