Messaging Service - Battery Usage

Since the update to 5.1 Messaging Service has been using alot of my battery. (see image)

Anybody else have this problem? Multiple restarts and charge cycles haven't fixxed it.

Are you sending and/or receiving a lot of texts?

Is this stock messaging app or do you have other apps for messages?

Less than 10 texts per day. I dont use the stock messaging app. I use Google Messenger

Settings > apps > all > google messenger > clear data > restart the phone > check again after few hours
