Messaging crashes

A friend accidentally started sending me a blank MMS yesterday, they tried to cancel it but weren't quick enough. When I went to view the message I couldn't, it just came up with "Unfortunately messaging has stopped"

But now I can't open the conversation to delete it as it just brings up the same error.

Is there any way to delete the MMS message without deleting the whole converstion?

First, try to restart your phone.

The only way to delete a MMS/SMS is to first enter the conversation and then touch and hold on the MMS/SMS and press delete. Otherwise try to delete the conversation (hold and delete).

Still gives the same response after restarting.

Is there any way to access the messages via the PC companion?

Maybe try backing them up to SD, deleting the whole conversation and restoring from SD.
