Hi, I have a new Z1 and new SMS and MMS are not coming up in conversations. I'm getting notifications of new messages but can't view them. What can I do to fix this?

What if you try:

Settings >Apps >All >Messaging  >Clear Data/Cache +Force stop and then restart your phone and try again.

Thanks for your advice, I tried doing that but it didn't work. Could it be a problem with my phone or sim? Or should I be able to resolve it by tweaking settings?

Hi there,

In that case contact your carrier, maybe you have a network issue or just repair your software using Sony Update Service.

NOTE: Back up your phone first!
