Messages freezing.

Hey there, 

I'm not sure this is usual, but when I go to write a SMS, there's already text in the box from the previous text, but anyway, the problem is that when I go on the general SMS screen so I can pretty much browse through the SMS, it just freezes at 'Sending Message' for ages - even though I haven't sent any messages, and the last one I had sent had been responded to, so it's not like the recievers aren't... recieving.

I was wondering if there's any fixes for this, or if anyone is having similar problems?

 do you have different keyboard app installed (3rd party) ex. Swift keyboard ?? if you have then what i suggest is try to use that or any keyboard and try to type the texts and see does it do same ???

if it is doing same then might be some software issue, try resetting, hard reset, or restore(will lose all data ) it might help

That is a draft,maybe you just taped a space,it will see it as a draft.Do you have lots of messages?

Seems a bit silly to have a draft after you've sent the message as default?

also I don't use any custom keyboards, nor do I want to have to hard reset my phone like 3 weeks after purchasing it, seems a bit silly..

Just backup your messages,after that go to settings-apps-all-messages,clear data and force stop.See if that works.

by doing Hard reset you wont be losing anything , its just like restarting your phone, it was worth a shot that's it, if you want to fix then, if possible try to use key board app and try does it doing same thing even on that keyboard
