messages are stored in sim card

Hi...i've recently bought sony xperia sp and i just love this phn...as usual whenever i get any kind of message it is stored in phone memory but for one particular contact, i don't know why, the mesaages are getting stored in the sim card and i often get the "sim card full" message...i tried finding out the solution for this on my own but i wasn't able to..so i need help..please reply.ASAP..Thanks

how about 

settings > apps > all > messaging > scroll down > clear defaults > restart your phone and check again

And the clear defaults option is not available..i tried doing clear data and cache

That's quite random, what if you go on the messaging app settings?

That is very odd, have you tried deleting and re-adding the contact?
