Message recurring - sending email

When entering different apps keep getting 'sending email' message. No messages are actually being sent but it seems as if the actual message is stuck,,, any ideas? Powered off and on a no if times but still occurring?

Open Settings then Apps and swipe to all and locateyour Email apps and open then tap on Clear cache reboot and test
