Hi,
I just updated to Jelly Bean (factory reset), and while I must say that I like the update, there is something crucial missing
In ICS, everytime an event happened (new message, missed call, calendar event, ...) this would be previewed at the lock screen
If you don't know what I mean: when you get a message, you would see the message previewed at the lock screen
You could easily slide-to-unlock the event and then you would jump straight into it
This is not the case anymore with JB, this feature is simply gone
It is only shown at the top bar, which is way too small and you can't jump straight to it
Is this a bug, or did they remove this extremely handy feature?
If so, I'm going back to ICS, seriously this is a feature that you simply cannot miss anymore
Unfortunately this function has changed with the latest software version to your phone.
However, we can take your feedback further to the relevant department. Thank you.
Thank you for your reply
I find it strange that no one replied to this topic
Yes, please pass this through, it would be a great addition if you could add this in the next update
There are also some other problems with the notifications, but these are really bugs
When I get a message or missed call, I can see for a fraction of a second the preview of the message of the person who called, but then it dissapears and only the message or missed call icon is there. This is very annoying because it's so small you can't see whether you have a message or not.
There is also a problem with the notification light. It often doesn't work when someone calls, or I get a message. It also gives problems when charging your battery. The light only reappears when you unlock your phone while plugged in.
None of these problems occured in ICS. I have no idea what you guys did to not make this work anymore
