Memory write protected xperia sola

i have problem when i switch data storage in camera from internal storage to SD Card (i'm using 6.1.1.B.1.54), and sola show warning message "memory write protected.Could not edit files". I've brought it to the service center, and the service center just only reinstal Android to Gingerbread and it has not solve the problem.

When i look at the forum, i found similiar problem

First, unmount the SD card, remove the card and reinsert it to see if the problem persist...

If so,
Try getting a file explorer from Play Store (eg: ES File Explorer)...

Go to /mnt/ext_card/
Check the folder DCIM
Inside it there should be 100ANDRO or something like that

If there isn't, manually make new folders and name them as follows

unresolved issues, because permission in SD Card is dr- (delete,read), the truth is drw (delete,read,write).
