Memory problems after Software update.

Sony ZR, since the update to 10.7.A.0.222, the phone is operating very poor.
I will keep having short of memory, or al most full massages.
This was not before the update.

Can I undo the update?

Before you downgrade the phone, reinstall the latest update with PCC and report back
