Memory full, now apps crashes

For a while I have a problem with my xperia arc s. It's all start 2 months ago, with my memory. It was full( sd card and phone memory) and all of my application start to chrasing down. Few weeks ago I delet and transfer some of photos, application, music and relese almoust 2 G, but my application lioke whats up and viber,gmail wont work. I can't ondn gmail writ message it chrash down, I can't enter in whats up and viber. Few days ago I trenasfer all of may photos, and relese 2.5 G free space, delete all applicatin and try to insatll again, but when I enter again in Viber or Gmail it's chrash down again. 

Please help me, because I don't what to do any more.

The problem may perhaps be that the phones internal storage still is full. That's where apps store their data.
