I bought Xperia Tablet Z 32GB Wi-Fi, model SGP312
When I insert a memory card 32\64GB (HC) with a class 10 in tablet some files are deleted

What class should be the memory card so the files do not disappear?

The class of a memory card says how fast the memory card is. You don't need to use a certain class in the tablet, it should work with all.
