my phone cannot detect my memory card, even connect USB with the computer.
what should I do? there are a lot of memorable photos and videos inside.

Try your SD card with a different phone, it might be corrupted
I would also suggest trying an SD adapter with a PC, although it may not read on a handset it is more likely to be picked up with a PC.
