There are no settings in MediaGO for this function. I tried to add a podcast to my internal storage which worked fine and after that I tried to add it again but got the message "The item is already present on the device".
If you have a SD-card on your phone you can add it again by pressing "Destination" and choose the SD-card instead but you will receive the same message when you try to add it twice. So make sure that you choose the same storage as you did the first time.
Do you have any application in the phone for podcasts that might download the same content that you receive from MediaGO?
