PCC does not recognise my phone. In mass storage mode is working. Although i see a message right down in screen that my phone is connected when i open the PCC it says that no phone is connected.

If you go to settings-xperia connectivity-usb connectivity-usb connection mode and select mtp,it does not work?
No it does not but it works as mass storage.
