Media storage problem

Since i bought the xperia z3 dual phone ive been very satisfied with that phone but there is just one question i have.

Before i owned the xperia z ultra and the xperia z2 and for so far i was glad with those phones, but when i heard about the existence of the z3 dual phone i was go in the race for that ,because it prevents me to carry continuesly 2 phones around.

But as i found already in the other posts it seems that there is an really anoying bug in the phone that manages the media content.

As seen in the other posts as wel ,i found the solution for the problem is before you shut of your phone ,you need to erase the media memory ,what can be found in settings-apps-all apps and then scroll to media. Just clean it up with erasing everything in the media app before you shut off the phone to prevent that the phone become hot, slow and struck.

While i never had to do this with my previous xperia's i assune that this is a firmware failure.

If i didnt do this before i turn off the phone i will struck in some apps ,like the clock alarm settings.

But if i do the solution ,then i will loose all my ringtones and i have to reset those again when i turn on the phone again.

Can sony tell me if this is true and when will be an update available to solve this problem?

I'm not sure why you would need to continuously perform such actions as this unless there was an issue with an app then clearing cache and or data or both may fix this issue but performing a settings reset seems extreme every time you switch your device off

Well, this problem occur when i do a hard reset, whats erased all the data on the phone.

While its a bit annoying to perform this everytime,i really wait for a solution.

I just bougt a z3 tablet compact and with this device,  i have no any problem what i faced withe the z3 dual.

That makes me guessing the iadea that its a firmware problem while all those devices qua hardware almost identical.
