media go not recogonize my phone

hi,  i installed media go 2.3 . its a nice one bt ihave a problem that is media go not recogonize my phone. in the info.pane there is store, library, music ,photos, etc. i connect phone via usb , my computer recogonize my device.but dont found my phone or memmory in media go. help me pls..,
