Hello everyone
I received the phone 27 days ago, everything worked perfectly but out of nowhere the system crashed while I was using Whatsapp and started resetting by itself but stayed on the Sony screen and didn't advance any further. Then I pressed the power button and volume up button in order to restart it, but everytime I do that it crashes during the Xperia loading, restarts, and goes back to the plain white screen with the Sony logo, it literally stays there forever until the battery gets completely consumed.
I did the software repair using the official Sony Companion App, but nothing changed at all, the only difference it did was that now resetting, I get to see the Android mascot, but still crashes when displaying "Xperia".
Excuse my bad English, but I'm desesperate for help.
