Main issues with Xperia arc S

Hey im just complaining again with issues im having with this phone after 1 year of usage

First of all Lag Lag Lag Lag Lag and Lag .
Second Low memory ,mostly issued with facebook update ,drains the memory to 40mb and cant be installed any more apps to phone .
Cant install any "Big" apps or games,says" Packet invalid"
Many RAM problems mostly 30-50Mb is free .
Icon Loading fails ,one app at the time works but ,if skpye + some reading materials ,well then its bad .
And also i noticed a crack on the sensor (Wich seems to be a common mistake) Why's it there ? ...nobody knows .
Battery drains fast .
Wifi connection problems
Let me explain :Old htc gets full barred wifi connection ,mine only gets about 1-2 Bars (PS:router is at the next room wich is about 5-10 Meters)
Also noticed ICS made the phone like a brick mostly.
And more explaining for the lag issues:I do a monthly FULL reset to the phone (Deletes apps etc clears data and more).
And still in a week the phone lags like an really low end phone like an LG L3 or something .
I barely use any apps .Mostly calling and shooting some pictures ...If the phone wont crash .
Apps list:
Facebook messanger.
Skype sometimes.
An News app for my country only .
Music(Music player)
Camera .
And Viber
And thats all ,still the phone lags like hell .
Even the SD card has 6,3Gigs of free space

Looked for fixes,nothing ,Only Costom rom would fix it .
Also have an issue there ,i cant open the Bootloader,it just wont open .Says yes in the section but cant seem to work it out .
And also its an carrier free edition( LT18 Black ).
Also tried to Get back gingerbread ...wasnt possible

My point is ...my country is small ,and the phone costed abit (388 Euros to be exact.)
It isnt a small amount of money .
Yes i could have got any other phone ,but that time the best Flag ships we had in that price were s2 and arc S .
(s3 i think was too but it price tagged about 899 euros)

Is it really true that i have to throw this handset away and get a new one because SONY company failed us again and wont do the update or somethng even with the ICS to be less buggy ?
Hopefully i get some answers ,or open a little discussion again .

(PS:Also rebooting ,screen flickering ,Glitchi graphics ,Calling issues,SIM card not entered ,changed also a few sim cards ,after 2 months the issue was back ,Never dropped the phone ,REALLY NEVER,Buttons fail ,Wont send messages ,Network bar issues ,calling to several people it self ,deleting contacts,camera failures ,Focus failures ,flash buggy,speaker sound flicker  etc.And it never ends and this all happend after a month useage)

Sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your phone.

The performance and memory have been discussed in many earlier threads so i suggest you search the forum regarding this but if you want the phone downgraded to Android 2.3 you can contact a service location for assistance.

If your screen is flickering, phone can't detect SIM-cards, you have network and WiFi problems, sound problems, camera problems i also suggest you contact a service location for investigation.
