I have no comment about your assumed name but I can well see the frustration felt by many owners who have spent hard-earned money on a device that does not perform as it should. There are many issues, well documented on here, that need to be addressed with a serious bug fixing firmware release. One is apparently on its way but we are "in the dark" as to what bugs it may address or even when it will arrive - how about a little more transparency?
The google butter project is supposed to make the os more responsive and less laggy - has anyone told Sony? A good start imo would be to remove the bloatware which is responsible for some/many of the problems – if your customers want those apps they are readily available through the play store, why damage yourself and the owners (not “users” as they have invested their own money) experience by inflicting something on them they don’t want and which degrades their device?
I need to mention KitKat; frankly I don’t care if it comes to the X-SP, if it does I suspect it will bring with it a whole raft of new problems which may or may not be resolved with bug fixes, please just make 4.3 work properly – you owe it to your customers.
