Mac Bridge itunes problem/error

Hi,

First I'm going to start by saying how disapointed I am in Sony technology for makng it so hard to transfer music from itunes to their smartphones. I sync my compact with my macbook pro, and some albums can't be sync'ed, others are on the memory of my phone but cannot be played!!
Does Sony realise how frustrating this is!? I've done everything I know I could do (including reinstalling EVERYTHING!!).
Please help me to fgure out how to succesfully transfer music from itunes to my Z1 compact and let it play music.
btw: Even songs that were on there, were removed, and put back on again, don't play anymore!
I have musicalbums with 2-3 songs missing, albums that cant play, sync errors...
This has to stop or I'll quit using this piece of technology! And advise everyone to buy another brand instead! I was hoping sony would be better than Apple.

Changing the files from m4a. to mp3 dindn't work
Reinstalling my cd's, itunes, brigde... didn't work

How is it possible that some songs are on the device, but cant play?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues transferring music to your phone.

Do you know if these tracks are copy protected with DRM?

What happens if you install http://www.android.com/filetransfer/ and then try transferring these songs using drag and drop and then try to play them in the phone?

Android filestransfer gives me the same issues... some music is stransfered, but doesnt play.
I dont know how to handle with the protection of 'DRM'. Please help me.

It sounds like you have some songs that are either in an unsupported format or that they are DRM protected which means the phone can't play them.

What happens if you select get info for these songs in iTunes? Does it say that thay are protected?
