M5 call barring

my M5 is still blocked, network states not their problem my account is open, your technical answer was contact your network this despite me telling you I had already done that, contacted orange again still same response your problem not a very high opinion of your technical department I have to say replied to their email this am asking them to sort it out but don't have high expectations

did you check your settings? have you tried using another sim? can you show a screenshot of the call barring settings to see if you have the  right toggles off.

Can you explain the issue a bit more, what exactly is going on, do you make a call and get some kind of error message or is it something entirely different?
