M4 Shutting itself down and don't turned back

Hi

I am customer of sony company. I bought a M4 Aqua Sony mobile phone Model E2333 10 days ago

I have a problem

when i used my phone, the mobile screen was turned off 3 time in 10 days and i could not turn on my phone for 6-7 hours. this happened when i wanted to turn on my screen with pattern. in 6-7 hr battery discharged and then i could turn on the phone. in this time 6-7 hr my mobile was hot.

In both time my phone connected WI-FI .

I confused and i can not fixed it

before that, my phone updated in sony companion.

Is you device running Amdroid 5.1.1 ?

I updated my android but it didn't change and is on default mode 5.0 lollipop yet.
