Hi,
I receive my issued M4 dual yesterday but the other issue which I am facing right now is my SIM slot 1 is not working.while i receive the phone the customer care executive fitted my sim in slot 2 which have no problem.but when remove the sim from slot 2 to 1 no network is showing.i tried to the sim 2 -3 time in slot 2 it get connected but after half an hour no network shows and in setting sim slot shows disable.
Really this phone not at all working fine.there are lots of problem showing while using.
I submitted to customer service on 3rd oct i am facing lots of issue in this phone but the cevior issue due to which I visited to the service centre is that when called up or recevie call my voice is completeli silent to other side.My voice can't received by other side of person.
Insead of that I am facing heating problem while calling,caputing photo, and also very bad music as well as.
Now i have to go to the service centre again.
This is literally very painful for me that my new phone not at all worning fine
there are lot of issue in it.
Please rectify and give me the proper solution otherwise the brand name would not be the brand in my experience.
