M4 cannot restore app from Playstore

Hello,

I have a big problem with my xperia dual E2333 (5.0 26.1.B.2.102). When I reset my phone and follow the process to set up my account, the phone cannot restore apps I've downloaded on the Playstore (around 100 apps). The apps that are only downloaded are google apps (mails, calendar, keep etc.)

I've tested my google account on Z3 compact and it works well! Idem for BQ Aquaris M5 (5.0), HTC One m8 etc.

Can you help me please.

Are you using the correct Gmail account? 

on a computer > access play.google.com/store > apps > my apps > you should be able to see all the apps that you've downloaded with that account.

Of course. I've just tested the process with the galaxy s5 and all my apps are downloading. The samsung tell me what apps i want to to download and from wich phone...

Restore options works also on Z3 compact but not on M4 aqua dual.

That's rather odd, and wifi/data and auto sync are on?

When you set up a phone, your WiFi or data connection are always on. What I can't understand is why my apps are not automaticallly downloaded... I've created another Google account. I've downloaded around 20apps. I've reinitialized the m4 and the z3 compact.
I set up the phones and my apps are automatically downloaded on z3 compact not on m4 aqua... I've reinstalled the firmware via PC Companion (on m4) but the problem is still here...

I've tested, again, the automatic download on Xperia Z 5.1 and it works perfectly. The only things is the Z don't ask me wich version I like to restore (my account is set up on three devices).

On M4 aqua doesn't work as usual.

The only thing that comes to mind is Google doesn't like your phone - Does it show up in Google devices as a trusted device and is it listed as the correct device, I'm sure that a member with a Z3+ had a similar issue

Il dont know how to check that. The issue with m4 is still here. I don't use this phone. I think the 5.1 update or 5.0.2 Will solve this problem. It Will take a lot Of time !
