M4 battery drain

Using this phone for a while, I am facing unique problem where battery drains from 100 -98 percent , 67-65 percent, 25-22 percent evertime I charge it.
Any solution please. Can I ask for replacement if it cannot be fixed?

See on the battery icon, you can hear vibration when i plug the charger.
I always fall to 50%

Hello Support and experts,

Sorry if I did crossposting here but I need solution for my M4 aqua i bought less than a week.

Charge lightning indicator is not shown when charge. Unless it restarted but only some times showed and gone, i plugged with other micro usb wire, other charger adapter, using sony original, no use.
I am now get frustrating with this costly phone. Sony is big brand and sell worse smartphone of its smart.

Why haven't you stopped by your local Xperia support and/or repaired the phone with PCC?

I did went to the shop they said I have to go Service Center. In service center, the told me I have to wait and be patient for at least 3 months. Wew.

I did used the pcc and did repair, its now 1-2 hour after update.
