M4 Aqua Touch Problem

I just recently bought this phone, and the thing thats going on my nerves is that it has touch problems. Touch lags sometimes, it freezes, and presses random stuff on screen.  Any solution to this problem? Thanks

does it has glove mode on?

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

It has protective case, no film, nothing on screen and the glove mode is off. This happens around 10 times pre day in every app, it even sometimes has problem with moving icons almost always or drawing the pattern lock...

How does the touch work if you test it in Diagnostics?
You can find Diagnotics if you go to Settings > About phone > Diagnotics.

Well it works well, it passed test. I run phone in safe mode, but problem still happens.

In that case I suggest that you perform a software repair using PC Companion of your phone.

I have tryed software repair, it didnt help. Any other suggestion?
