Hi Everyone on the wonderful planet Earth and those who've yet to arrive.
I had only one other Sony, which worked fine until it got sold. I have a Aqua M4, which is not behaving as it should. I can't seem to link the USB port to Windows 7 or Centos7. I have Xperia Companion on Windows 7 I have tried numerous procedures found on the Web. Such as 120 seconds of holding down round button, press Volume up and down and round button simultaneously and holding for 20 seconds. Sometimes my device will loop on start screen and eventually it gets to the starting android screen. This is very frustrating as I rely on this phone for my income. Other than that it seems a good phone. Thanks for any enlightenment. One last thought I put it in to developer mode to try and stop the frustrating loop at start of power up your device. How will I get to upgrade to Android 6 with the USB port not responding when connected. The USB wire is fine as it transfers data from win7 machine and my Centos 7 to my Motorola 4G. Any guidance greatly appreciated. James
