m4 Aqua microphone issues

plugged my phone in to charge one night got up next morning an made a call my microphone is now not working. You can call on loud speaker not a prob but other wise doesn't work. I have restarted my whole phone back to factory etc still won't work please help! So over it

If you can use the mic while loudspeaker is on, then there is an app holding control of your mic and won't release it. Try restarting into safe mode and see if the problem persists there. Also, make sure that "OK Google" detection from any screen is off:

From you App Drawer, open Google Settings -> Search & Now -> Voice -> "OK Google" detection -> From any screen -> Disable

Hi, i have an issue...The microphone doesnt work (lol), if i press and hold close to the mic,it works perfectly,but after 10 or 15 seconds i release the problem is back
