Hi I I am having recurring issues with both the microphone and speaker on a new M4 (often no sound at all, very poor quality when sounds are working) - are there any known issues or fixes or do I need to just return it?
You could also backup the device and perform a software repair. This will remove any glitches or software problems that may be present within the device.
