M2 - Select a home app keeps coming up

I've had this phone less than 2 months. After a couple of weeks the calendar stopped working, so I was advised to do a factory reset, which I did. This fixed the calendar, but every time I turned on the phone I was asked to 'select a home screen app'. Even though I use the 'always' option it still appeared every time I turned the phone on. Did another factory reset and got the latest update this weekend, but the same thing still happens every time I turn the phone on.

Try settings-apps-all-xperia home,clear defaults. After this,make your default selection again.

I've got to settings-apps, but don't seem tohave an `all` option.

Done that, but it says `No Defaults Set' , and i can't change that.

Can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

Just tried that, and it doesnn't happen in Safe Mode

It means you have a 3rd party app acting up.

Thanks for the assistance  So how do I go about finding out which one? I only have the same apps that I had before the problem occurred.

Do you have any task killers,battery savers? Maybe it was a simple glitch,check how it is now in normal mode.
