I had bought M2 dual on dec 31. Since then the phone has cracking sounds during full speaker volume on calls. I went to service decter, they had replaced the ear speaker and loud spear and giave it back after 5-6 days. This happened during first month of buying. Still it did not solve the problem. I wrote to customer care who give a sterio type replies and told me to visit service center again.
The service center told me that it is a problem with all xperia m2 phones and cannot be solved. My query is are these phones not tested before lancing in the market?
In two months of the purchase, how many times are we suppoosed to go to service centers? Every time giving the phone for 5-6 days without a solution.
Have we done a mistake in buying these products? If you have please send me the email of customer case head of India operations so that the issue can be escalated to him.
How high is the volume when this crackiling starts to sound?
They did it for free but the problem is still not resolved and they dont have a solution to it.
