Hi,
The audio on my mother's Sony Xperia M2 is extremely quiet when in a call. The sound coming in from the other caller is extremely quiet even when all volume settings are turned up to maximum. We know it is an issue with her phone because this happens with calls to/from everyone. Using loud speaker helps but isn't really the best solution to the problem. Does anybody know why the audio comes through so quietly and is there a fix for this?
