M2 aqua talking while screen locked

My sister's M2 aqua is talking when the screen lock is on, and we can't get the keyboard to come up to unlock it. We've tried doing the hard reset 3 times and it didn't make any difference, how can we fix it?

Try going to Settings -> Accessibility -> TalkBack -> set to OFF

I can't do that if I can't unlock it

Try to use two fingers to move around and double tap to confirm.

You have to DOUBLE TAP on unlock icon to enter the unlock code. Replace any task that's supposed to be done with one tap into double tap, and to swipe use 2 fingers. This is the TalkBack mode activated and it's made for blind people.
